How long does treatment take?

Most treatments last between 12 and 18 months, depending on the complexity of your case. We also offer shorter plans for minor corrections. For children or teenagers, the treatment timeline may vary depending on the stage of dental development.

What happens if I pause and resume treatment?

If you pause and later resume your treatment, a new consultation and scan will be required before restarting. This ensures that your dentist can reassess your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your plan.

What is included in the monthly plan?

The plan includes all aligners, consultations, and adjustments required during your treatment. Any additional dental procedures (pre-treatment, mid-treatment, or post-treatment) are not covered and must be paid directly to your dentist.

What isn’t covered in the monthly plan?

The plan does not cover extra scans or any other dental procedures needed before, during, or after treatment. These costs are paid directly to your dentist.

Are there any hidden costs?

No hidden costs. You only pay for the months you’re actively receiving treatment. The monthly fee covers all aligners and adjustments.

What is the RM199 one-time fee?

This fee covers your first consultation and standard scanning to create your personalized smile plan. Once the payment is made online, we will recommend the nearest qualified partner dentist to you.

How do I get started?

Sign up on CHOICE and pay RM199 for the initial consultation and scan. You’ll be recommended three partner dental clinics to choose from. Once you've made an appointment with your selected clinic, your aligners can be ready as quickly as 3 days after your consultation, so you can start your treatment right away.

Is CHOICE suitable for teenagers and children?

Yes, CHOICE is suitable for children as young as 6 years old. Our aligners are designed to accommodate growing teeth, making them ideal for teenagers and younger patients who need orthodontic correction early on.

During Treatment

Can I switch dentists during treatment?

Yes, you can switch dentists at any time without any penalties. However, a new consultation and any required scans will need to be paid for directly to your new dentist. This ensures the continuity and accuracy of your treatment plan with the new dentist.

Do I need to visit the dentist regularly?

CHOICE’s AI technology minimizes the need for frequent in-person dentist visits, as your progress can be tracked remotely. However, periodic check-ups may still be required, depending on your dentist’s recommendations to ensure that the treatment is progressing effectively. Your dentist will advise on the frequency of these visits, which may vary based on your specific needs.

Will I receive all aligners at once?

In most cases, aligners are provided in stages. After your initial set of aligners, your dentist will monitor your progress and decide when to issue the next set, ensuring each aligner fits your current dental structure accurately.

What if I lose or damage an aligner?

If you lose or damage an aligner, contact your dentist immediately. A replacement aligner will be issued, but additional fees may apply. It's important to avoid delays in wearing your aligners to ensure your treatment stays on track.

Can I travel while undergoing treatment?

Since much of the treatment is managed remotely, you can keep progressing with your aligners while away. Just make sure to follow up with your dentist as necessary and have the next set of aligners sent to your location if needed.

Can I eat and drink with my aligners on?

You should remove your aligners while eating or drinking anything other than water. This helps to avoid staining and damaging your aligners. Make sure to brush your teeth before putting your aligners back on to maintain proper oral hygiene.

What happens if my teeth aren’t tracking as expected?
